In the next ten pages Thomas talks about outsourcing and how in the near future many of the jobs that are on the market now are going to be outsourced. This is slightly disturbing because the fact that many jobs will be outsourced means that many Americans will be out of a job, and many things people are training for now will not be available in the near future.

People should drop the technological work and return to the fields. Farming for your own living cannot be outsourced from a nation that supplies most of the world with food. This book teaches me that people should go into a trade that requires physical presence, not something digital.

It is troubling to think that many jobs are being outsourced for lower prices. But, its very clear to me that the result to new and improved technology will have its benifits by making things faster and simpiler yet, the need for physical help will decline. Look at how many self check-outs we see at grocrey stores and Wal-Marts. Its almost like the worlds been rapt in technology for so long that we've began to abuse it in a way that we are doing and thinking less.

IN the next bit Friedman is talking about how a ton of jobs are being outsourced to the west. IE India, Pakistan, Thailand, and etc. Due to this outsourcing fewer jobs or jobs that were in America will be gone in the future. The reason is that companies can pay workers in India for less money than they would have to pay workers in the United States. In any job that deals with digital information or information that can b digitized has aspects of it that can b outsourced and be done for less money. Acounting is an example of this.

In these ten pages you learn that jobs will be outsourced. Many Americans will be out of a job due to this.
